The Angling Club is available for both Adult and Junior Membership, with regular one day and overnight fishing trips conducted throughout the year. A highlight on the yearly calendar is the weekend away trip, destinations over recent years have included Wallaroo, Stansbury and Port Broughton where our Angling Club members have experienced sea fishing. Our Angling Club is also pro-active in securing fish numbers for the future and improving the health of the Murray River with involvement in an annual fish stocking program. Initiated by the Angling Club in 1989 and partnered with the Coomealla Memorial Sporting Club and NSW Fisheries Native Fish Stocking Program the annual release has seen some 500,000 fingerlings released into the Murray River.
