From Monday 1st June 2020 we are excited to WELCOME YOU back to the Coomealla Cub.

We are committed to the health and safety of our Members, Visitors and Staff at all times and during COVID-19 we have further increased measure in order to protect all persons attending the Club.

The following information is provided so you know what to expect when visiting us.

Access to the Club

All Members and Visitors attending the Club must enter via the main entrance (Members Entrance is Closed for entry and exiting).
Upon arrival, you may experience a slight delay / queuing – we ask that you maintain social distancing at all times and please follow directional signage for Entry / Exiting.

Members & Guests are asked to remain seated except when access services / facilities and avoid co-mingling whilst in the club.

Conditions of Entry

Members and Visitors are required to sign in each time they attend the Club.

In accordance with Government regulations, we are required to record the Name and Telephone Number of each person attending the Club.
Members are required to swipe their membership card via the Membership terminal and key-in a contact telephone number.

Visitors are required to provided photo identification plus a contact telephone number.

Persons who reside in Government nominated “Hot Spots” will be REFUSED entry to the Club.

Please Note that due to limited capacity of customers allowed in the Club, there may be occasions where capacity is reached and entry shall only be permissible as other patrons leave the Club.

Safety and Social Distancing

Whilst in the Club, all patrons are required to practice Social / Physical Distancing by maintaining 1.5 meters between each other.

When queuing at Bars, Serveries, and Service Counters, we ask that you follow the safety signs on the ground / counters by maintaining 1.5 meters at ALL TIMES.

Upon arrival into the foyer and throughout the Club, free Hand Sanitising Stations are available and we encourage all customers to regularly wash and sanitise their hands.

As part of our COVID-19 Management Plan, we have additional staff undertaking regular cleaning of our facilities. Our staff have also undertaken the COVID-19 Infection Control Training.

Awareness COVID-19 Signage is highly visible throughout the club – again we ask that all customers adhere to this guidance.

Please Note: Government Regulations require that ALL customers are seated (no drinking at the bars / servery counter s or mingling in groups).

COVID-19 Safety Marshalls

For the safety and well being of all customers, Safety Marshall’s will be walking around our Club ensuring compliance – we kindly ask that their guidance be respected.

Food and Beverage

Our Bars and Food outlets are fully operational.
Cafe: Open 10am daily
Bars: Open 10am daily

Bistro 

  • Our Bistro will be open for Lunch (12pm – 2pm) and Dinner (5.30pm – 8.30pm (Friday and Saturday 9.00pm)) 7 days.
    Our regular Bistro Menu, $9 Lunch Specials and Blackboard Specials are available.

Please Note: Our very popular Wednesday $5 Lunch is temporarily unavailable during COVID-19 Regulations however we do provide $9 Lunch Specials 7 days.

We are currently NOT taking Bistro Bookings.

Please Note: All patrons must be seated at all times in groups no larger than 10 people.

Gaming

Our Gaming Lounge is open (including our Outdoor Smoking Area) with every second machine practicing Social Distancing (every second machine NOT available)

TAB and Keno

Full TAB and KENO services are available, however customers are required to access tickets from the service counters as part of our COVID-19 Plan.

Bingo and Raffles

Bingo, Thursday Angling Club Raffles, Members Draw and Sixty Mad Minutes are back! As per usual.

Entertainment

Live Entertainment and dancing is currently on hold.

Activities

All in Club activities, such as Yoga, Line Dancing, and Fit and Strong are currently on hold until restrictions lift.

Indoor & Lawn Bowls is on as per normal.

Coomie Reward Points and Birthday Vouchers

Coomie Membership Reward Points are still current as per prior to closure and the balance will not have altered during closure.
Due to the Border Restrictions being in place for an unknown amount of time, we believe it is only fair that Membership rewards points will be extended with our new membership financial year until 30th September 2021.
Birthday Vouchers are being honored dated NOVEMBER onward with six (6) months from 1st June 2020.

Functions and Events

Functions and Events will be available from July 1st. Please contact our Functions Coordinator to discuss future events functions@coomeallaclub.com.au.

Unfortunately, our ROCK ‘N’ ROLL WEEKEND scheduled for July 30th – 1st August has been cancelled due to the unforeseeable circumstances surrounding COVID-19. We are currently working on details for 2021 and will announce via our Website and Membership Email Newsletter.

Golf Course

The Golf Course remains open with the Clubhouse open for drinks from the 5th June. COVID-19 Regulations apply.
